The staff were all friendly immediately. The concierge/doorman saw us pulling into the side road in our hire car and immediately he offered help, took our luggage and took it to our room whilst we returned the car. We had no USD on us so couldn't tip, but wanted to recognise his friendly and warm nature. Breakfast was taken to order.. fresh and tasty. Room was clean and large. Bedding crisp. Bathroom nice also. In good spot for restaurants. Hotel had nice lively bar with a fab friendly barman We also walked with our large cases to cruise terminal which took 10 to 12 mins downhill. We overtook taxis and ubers on foot! Some people may chose a hotel closer to the pier but the prices are a lot higher than the St Regis and walking was not an issue. A friendly personal property.

The staff truly make this small boutique hotel. We considered larger chain properties, but the level of service, attention to detail, and friendly personable team members is what sets the St Regis apart. Prices were high for the area during our dates due to a concert. We were hesitant to pay higher rates and considered staying further from downtown. We are really glad we didn’t. The location made everything accessible by foot, which easily made up for the slightly higher price. 10/10 would stay again

Extremely polite staff; every employee was always smiling, helpful and enjoyed where they worked!! We enjoyed the clean room and contemporary classic bathroom, the breakfast inclusion, and the daily water/chocolates. I rushed out one morning and left brochures and notes all over my unmade bed and returned to a made-up bed with all my "papers" put back in the exact same position - can't get any better than that!!! Thank you to all for making our stay an enjoyable one.

The location was amazing! Perfectly located to take either the Canada or Expo line on Skytrain. Easy walk to several theatres, lots of eating locations nearby. Breakfast was delicious. The doorman was so friendly and nice. Great service from front reception and door staff. Two sinks in bathroom was so nice and bathroom was huge! Beds were very comfortable. No noise at all from hall or outside.

Rebecca

lovely building, excellent rehab, great neon sign. Staff were friendly, helpful, excellent breakfast, felt like they remembered you. Only small suggestion would be to add a small fridge so I could store a little milk for my morning tea. The linens, toiletries, decor first rate. Location handy to transit, museums, restaurants and shopping. Very easy connections to the airport.
